Overseas Territories: 7 to 15 working days.

Canada & Usa: 7 to 15 business days.

Africa: 20 to 30 working days. (No tracking available)

Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days.

We do not ship to Asia.

If your items are not delivered after 40 days, you will receive a full refund or the items will be reshipped. (Your choice)

No refunds can be made in the event of an error in the delivery address. Address errors must be reported prior to shipping.

We have a quality assurance team to check that your ordered products are working properly before being packaged and sent, so the quality of our products is guaranteed. However, you should confirm your size carefully before purchasing (a size measurement will be displayed below each item). .

Return the item for a refund, we pay return shipping. We will send you a return slip by email. The only thing you have to do is send us back the original package.

Returns and exchanges policy

Eligibility window:

To qualify for a return, items must be returned to our fulfillment center within 90 days of the delivery date of your original order.

Items not eligible for return

The following items can be returned or exchanged within 90 days and only if the product is defective.

Packaging requirements:

Items received must be in good condition and in their original packaging.

How to make your return or exchange:

Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and send an email to contact@coveskin.com for help.

Step 2: If you want to trade, it's easy! Simply let us know which item you wish to exchange. If you are returning for refund, our accounts department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.

Step 3:

Pack it. Place your items (in their undamaged condition) in the package and seal them in a shipping container. (If you have lost your invoice, contact customer service by email, we will send you your order summary, all you need to do is print it).

Step 4:

Send the package to the address specified in the response email that we will send you following your request. Affix your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Write down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please allow 3-5 business days for package transit, plus an additional 1-3 business days for processing after receipt at our fulfillment center.

We will send you an email once we have processed your return or exchange.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not shipped with our label.
